November’s Employee Of The Month | Danbury, CT

Another month has come and gone, which means it’s time for us to announce our newest Employee Of The Month! For anyone who might have forgotten, here at Mercedes-Benz of Danbury, we recently started our Employee Of The Month program. The program is designed to show recognition to our employees for their hard work and dedication toward meet and exceed our team’s goals, as well as helping our customers Experience The Difference of car-buying and service with us! Our employees are nominated solely by fellow employees, and not by the management staff. We do this because who knows your work ethic better than the people who work side-by-side with you? So whose hard work went above and beyond this month?

This month’s Employee Of The Month winner is, Erik Ventrella! Erik is a technician and is a valued member of our service team. Eric stood out to his team for the long hours and handwork he put into helping to make sure all of our customer’s vehicles we’re serviced for the upcoming months. It’s no surprise that our service center has been busier than ever with winter right around the corner, but thanks to our hard-working team members, we have not fallen behind!
